Download USB drivers for device.
Download MS .Net Framwork New Version
Instructions:
1. Turn on phone > Go to setting > Application > Development > USB Debugging Turn on
2. Connect the phone via USB cable to your computer.
3. Right click the AT&T Captivate One Click Root.exe Or T-Mobile Vibrant One-Click Root.exe file and select Run As Administrator
4. Follow the instructions in the command prompt.

Installing CWM ClockworkMod Recovery
5. Open Play Store and search for ROM Manager
6. Open up the ROM Manager app.
7. Select Flash ClockworkMod Recovery then Select Vibrant or Captivate you are using
8. Grant Access of Superuser prompt and wait a while to finish reboot.
9. Open Rom Manager again and select boot into recovery.
